The difference between Hillary and other law breakers is that while justice can get whoever they want just because they got close enough to the edge that they can push them the rest of the way over the line of prosecution, Hillary has always been careful not to go SO FAR OVER the line into breaking the law that her crony justice friends cannot get away with ignoring it and pulling her back. That, and being sure to have others set up to take the fall for you.

It always pays to have friends, both those to keep as partners in crime and those to throw away as expendable.
