Currently, people who use emergency rooms for HC cost 10 to hundreds of times as much. This cost goes to the local taxpayers which means hospitals shut down and then poor people are left with nothing. Which, according to Andre Bauer, means they won't "breed". Especially if you starve them. But AFTER that women is forced to give birth. Nice.

They teach "Natural Science". Stuff like, "Bees pollinate flowers" and "plants have chlorophyll". Stuff you learn in "secondary school" or as some refer to it, "Junior High".
