To me, it's all part of a larger war by the Left on anyone who disputes their politics and policies. IOW, the rest of us. They do not like us, they do not respect us, and they will lie, cheat, deceive, and break any law to get the outcomes they want. Not all of them, but too many of them IMHO.

The left will claim they are "pro-science", but they have a distorted view about it that they try to convince others of, and if they are rejected for the crap they believe, they have the audacity to call you a "denier" or "anti-science".

That's why they are at war with science because they simply can't handle any facts which are at odds with many beliefs which are popular to them.

Once a science department becomes controlled by evolutionists, anyone who is of another leaning is left out. In fact there is the strong likelihood such an individual will be discriminated against and not get a job within that department.

With all the contrary evidence available, anyone that is a creationist should not be teaching science. One cannot teach what one does not understand. It is this denigration of scientists that has turned many in science away from conservatives, let alone 'Conservatives'.
