No. And we have to deal with race baiting and racial hate crimes. What is interesting, black on white crime is 10 times more common than white on black crime and black on white murders are 4 times more common than white on black murderers but we still don't hear about these as much as we hear about events like the shootings of Michael Brown.
 
Obviously not. Urban Black culture has little in common with the rest of America. I see nothing but growing resentment on both sides of this divide.
 
Legally? More or less. Is there still racism and racists? Of course; there always will be.
