The two times in my life when charges against a president were considered, this action of an AG review was not part of procedure to my knowledge. For example, Ken Starr did not turn his findings over to Janet Reno to decide if there was an actionable case against Bubba. Nor did AG Mitchell get to determine whether Nixon was impeachable. Both reports went directly to Congress, I think. So what has changed?

You are wrong. Mueller was NOT commissioned to look into every gripe the tea party could come up with. He was appointed because Trump fired Comey and told Holt he did so to end the investigation. When Mueller found suspicious activities by others not in the scope of his commission, he turned them over to the appropriate authorities. Me personally, I'd love to see Corsi in the hot seat, but that's an old grudge from long ago.

Why don't you just go for another Benghazi investigation? You can combine all the errors of the first reports and still get a rush. Maybe even hire Trey Gowdy as an independent investigator.
