With each passing month, I can't help but notice how obsessed and infuriated the Obama Admin and left wing in general are with two PRIVATE citizens, Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin.

One would think their biggest enemies would be Iran, China, N Korea, the corrupt Mexican druglords..........and to a lesser extent, sitting Republicans as political opponents.

But no, it seems the left cannot get over it's fascination and obsession with private, conservative citizens:

Michael Savage

I for one look at their left wing counterparts like Olberdork and the She-Man Rachael Maddow as sort of whiny teeny-boppers to not take that seriously. I know Bush looked at them that way, because thats basically what they are.

But I'm very suprised at just how much influence and fear ONE private citizen, Glenn Beck, and not even his words, but the POTENTIAL for his words caused the United States Federal Government in one simple morning with one simple online video.

Why is Obama letting the fear of what Beck MIGHT say bully him around on a Monday morning when so much more important stuff is going on in the world???????

Well, then there was the other Dick, who went after the Smother's Brothers and had an entire enemies list. Of course anyone who uses childish pejoratives such as Olberdork and She-Man is too young - both chronologically and in terms of maturity to remember the other Dick - Nixon.
Bush&Co were well known critics of the MSM as was Nixon/Agnew - the first pair to hold the number 1 and number 2 jobs to leave office in disgrace. But in the small mind of the poster of this thread that's old news, suggesting Obama firing back at those who actually work hoping he fails as a product of fear is pure hyberbole - I suppose 'cause small mind gets his 'news' from the fear mongers, beck, limbaugh, palin, and other 'private' citizens, the chance he would consider fighting back against partisan liars and purveyors of propaganda is appropriate is slim.
My main criticism of Obama is he has not done enough to counter the noise of the Limbaugh, et al and Boehner, et al - the groups of 'conservatives' whose extreme ideology and lust for power has driven our nation to the brink of collapse. Avarice, bigotry and hoping to censor anyone who disagrees with their radical agenda are their shared values - those 'conservatives who wrap themselves in the American Flag and pretend allegance to our Constitution are not only demagogues, they are an affront to everyone who fought and died for this great nation (as are those who support them).

Now with Obama they have a 24/7 News service at their disposal. Blocking all legislation until it is Republican legislation is their new gameplan
