I think you are going overboard here. If these allegations are correct, the two SEALs should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But to try and label all SEALs is a stretch.

Plus, how is the accident in the Navy ship hitting another ship a sign of corruption? Incompetence? Sure. But corruption?
