Anarchy requires Widspread Wealth Worldwide to properly be said, even able to exist. Civilizations without borders are in fact being tried--but actually even in the courts. Poverty requires a government wherein "rights" exist to law and perceptions of "justice." In those civilizations, "justice" means that the rich get richer, the poor get poorer--so at least the Jewish financial houses, all come crashing on down.

Camp is after that. Camp is all about "justice," in the law. Harvard University Knows This. Religious people in South Chicago know this. The White House knows this, in the First Family apartments--and their desks at Sidwell Friends School, far, far, away from the madness that is D. C., in the schools.

Not coincidentally, but maybe causally(?), the federal income tax withholding program was started in WWII(?). FDR is said to have actually favored, in fact, a 100% income tax on incomes over $25,000.00 per year.

There were, no doubt, however Kennedy's around even then. The family is mostly famous for its hatred of poor people, supportive of the law.

More generally, the U. S. federal government withholds income taxes, mostly from the working poor and middle classes. It overcollects, and then sends some of it back as refunds. The people then go on winter and spring buying binges. Profiteering happens. Investment instruments are secure. Mostly, the poor don't have those.

The rich, anyone knows, actually wait until the last possible minute to pay anything in. So the monty is in the stock market, and all the other instruments, all those months. That was not money that was subject at all to tax withholding. The rich get richer, while the poor had no money to invest. The government took it instead.

The poor basically have to scrape by. The money is gone, but no personal income is generated.

Government is not a path to anarchy, unless there is a semblance of Widespread Wealth Worldwide being created. Schedule M was about a national "COLA" kind of payment, providing even income that wasn't paid in. Like the rich, the poor received money that really wasn't their money at all. It was the federal government, reversing an historical course. It was Change.

The Republicans won without a clear majority, in the elections.

Schedule M was gone in a matter of weeks!

No more Change, except that payroll tax holiday, so that was less regressive, instead.

And of course the Republicans are keeping the money, even now. That is the "poetry" of the "justice" about it. That is the famous sense of "American Fair Play By The Rules," at work! The poor, in fact, in the holiday: Do Get to keep the money more immediately for now.

People like Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev. Jesse Jackson, and others who are Mormon(?): Even keep their money since it helps to denigrate poor blacks. That is their way, That happened even before Schedule M, or the Payroll Tax holiday: And probably even on Sundays(?)!

The Republicans, in fact, are all like that: And even on Sundays, when they can be!
