There was a huge difference in the opinions pre and post knowing the Bergdhal was a traitor, a deserter and a collaborator who got Americans killed.

If you have any evidence that this regime made public the charges against Bowe Bergdahl prior to the tweets in support of his release, by all means let us know. The facts are that this regime, as evil as it is imposed a gag order on each and every person in Bergdahl's platoon so that no one knew what he did until he was in American hands, the gag order was lifted and people began speaking out.

What is indefensible is the way we were lied to by chief liar, obama.

The republicans were for getting back an American serviceman who had been captured by the Taliban and held against his will. Had the republicans known that Bergdahl was none of those things, they might not have felt that getting him back was important.

You should listen to Richard Clarke, Reagan's former terrorist czar. The Republicans were preparing to destroy Obama for not taking the many deals offered by the Taliban. They were going to spin it as "Obama hates our troops."

So Obama takes the deal first advised by McCain. He walked into their trap.
