Moses, of the Old Testament, was generally discredited in New Testament, Acts 7:22: Said to be an educated man of the Imperialist, Subjugating household of the Pharaoh of Imperial Egypt. In that household, there had been a story of a stranger deity, contrary to the Pantheon deities. Mostly rarely noted, the subjugation brand prevailed in the unmarried(?) deity concept, and in the various: Pantheon-of-deities concepts of the ancient times. The pantheon deities, admittedly, were often unmarried themselves(?): With starring roles in all kinds of stories. Subjugation means slavery, and domination of a few over others. Even then, no one did the math. And so going forward, nothing was left, free to fail.
Where Moses would provide in Deuteronomy 23:19-20, that foreigners only should be subject to interest rate usury, Matthew 25:14-25 would show the impact of even that. The Rich get Richer, the low income person gets cast into outer darkness. The financial community loses a significant percentage of its people, and a significant portion of its projected earnings. Keynes, the Gay economic theorist, would base much of the arithmetic of his policy suggestions, on the failed concept shown Matthew 25:14-25. That concept, clearly now runs the United States financial world. The usury is used to regulate the money supply. When the economy fails, then the advice goes out to everyone: "To all bend over and await the public works."
A former Republican House Speaker, a former employee of a school, seems to have been easily on board with all of that, in day-to-day affairs(?), including in the schools. Republicans, too: Are vague about the uses of money and arithmetic. It is noted that billions worldwide, seem not to know this, or pretend not to know this.

Actually, even at the Presidential Level, Republicans also famously avoid the usual banking rules, and stuff real cash into briefcases and suitcases--like in the Nixon campaigning, documented stories. The idea is to run with it, to a phone booth: Therein to set up its intended use. (Possibly they do want to take off the glasses, and fly away to get comfortable with it(?)!)
Probably Secretary Clinton wants to star as, "Wonder Woman" instead(?).
Anyone sees how Washington, D. C. is currently run: In both the federal legislatures, at this time. Generally, the Executive Branch of the Democrats, becomes even more the investigative and administrative brand.
