    If you mean the low turnout it was because they decided to have the caucuses on St. Patricks Day. That's a huge holiday in many places in Mo and many people think it might have been intentional to peel the young voters away from caucuses since they start drinking pretty early on that day.

    As far as changing the rules goes the GOP is getting a huge black eye from all the flagrant rules violations that have been documented in the last few months. Now they are trying to ban all recording devices at the outset, too bad the rules are set by the caucus and not the GOP. Too bad for them anyway.
