So by now the general and private and public news sources have again managed to ignore Executive Order 13526, 10/29/2009, from President Obama. That lawful order authorizes Secretary Clinton to be one of about a dozen people able to classify a document on sight. Not at issue is that fact that over and over again, the Secretary did not do that, and used the private email server. Now the "Special Access" classification has started to appear, in connection with the on-going investigation. "It should have been known. . . ." does not appear in the Executive Order.

So in effect, the Secretary's correspondence is now more transparently available to anyone--than is any other correspondence by any other government official. It is not lost forever at an archived location--maybe even one actually publically disclosed. If the location is disclosed, then anyone knows what can happen to it(?). A sitting Vice President can even shoot a subhuman--aka,lawyer--in the face to help. . . .digest it(?)! It is not clear that vice-presidents know that much about shotgun, Democratic or Republican Vice-Presidents(?)!

"What do they know, and when did they know it?" does not so far come up the clearly digestive tract, kind of problem. Clearly, everyone knows, now, who was thought to be privy, or who needed to know. There is the statutory legal executive order prescribing, creating, and delivering that authority. Now later on, a lot that was known. . .is somehow thought to not be known(?). . . .or even knowable(?)!
The executive order creating the authority in statute was not created in hindsight.
No one seems to want to know much about any of the email contents, even now!
