Good Flea Market Finds This Morning

I picked-up a 1988 Leupold 4 X 28 Rimfire Special scope in decent shape along with a Hornady Delta Rest this morning for $85.00.

To be honest I'm more excited about the Delta Rest than the scope though the scope is one of the best .22 scopes ever made.

The Delta Rest has not been made in decades and the one I had bought in the 80s somehow "walked away" from hunt camp years ago.

They are great for quick sight-in sessions as they have nine different heights. I just used to put a piece of soft leather over it.

It is hollow and (like this one) you can fill it with sand for weight or leave it hollow for storage.

Damn, you must be the only person that still buys vintage glass....You can't give the shit away around here any more and I remember when it was popular. Then again so was Guardian Ware.

i only need them for the damn mousse ...but i did run up on someone who does estate sells for glassware...had tons of it..all colors etc

It's a clean sock, full of clean dirt.

And doubled up so the dirt doesn't leak.
