Golf Team Deaths...

Seems as though a crash in West Texas has taken the lives of six members of the University of the Southwest men's and women's golf teams and their coach, as well as a 13-year-old boy and his father who were in a 2007 Dodge 2500 pickup truck.

While tragic, I can't help but believe this was absolutely, undeniably avoidable.

Why?

The 13 year old kid was driving the pickup when it suffered a blowout of the left front tire, causing him to lose control of the truck...
