Saying one appears to be in very poor health can NEVER be a lie because it is based strictly on opinion.

The lie was when he said he did not have time to give congress 30 days notice because based on a video he saw, Bergdahl looked very ill.

But he saw that video in December.

So he had plenty of time to inform congress seeing as he did not arrange the trade until June.

His reason for not following the law was the lie. Not that the man was in bad health. The lie was saying he did not have time to inform congress.

He had 6 months.

They're hiding Bergdahl away over in Germany because they don't want anyone to see how great his health actually is. There was never any health crisis. That was a lie told by the Obama Administration to excuse making the trade without notifying Congress. His health is good. There was no pressing need to make the trade other than some GENIUS in the Obama camp decided that it would be great PR at a time when they were getting savaged over the VA scandal!
