I'll worry when it moves from speculation on a possibility to real plans to implement taxes

The possibility that government will refrain from raising taxes when it has the authority to do so is indistinguishable from zero.

Depending on what the tax is ised for when that time comes, if it comes, i may support it.

But im not going to wet myself worrying about something nobody has plans to implement

No.

The feds will collect the full amount of mandated taxes/fees from the person or entity responsible for the account. The theft is only from the neighbor. In fact, if the illegitimate usage does not push the account into charges beyond the standard maximum then there is no economic damage.

But it's still something only a liberal cellar-dweller would do.
