So Zelensky recently signed "security agreements" with France and Germany. Although the German agreement is absolutely worthless (maybe not as worthless as the British one that cuts the aid in half), the country insisted on being the first to sign it.
Actually, none of the agreements guarantee any form of security for Ukraine. There is nothing about aid for the war against Russia, no arms deliveries or anything. Just playing in the sandbox.

The inconvenient facts on Nato's Article 5 is that not only does it guarantee safety from outside aggression, it also prohibits the Nato country from carrying out direct aggression against another country..

The current example is America being prohibited from attacking Russia directly.

Does the Ukraine really want to become a Nato country?

Yes, but only after gaining back all territory lost to Russia.
