George Zimmerman Emerged From Hiding for Truck Crash Rescue - ABC News

George Zimmerman, who has been in hiding since he was acquitted of murder in the death of Trayvon Martin, emerged to help rescue someone who was trapped in an overturned truck, police said today.

Sanford Police Department Capt. Jim McAuliffe told ABC News that Zimmerman "pulled an individual from a truck that had rolled over" at the intersection of a Florida highway last week. Florida Highway Patrol is now handling the case, McAuliffe said.

The crash occurred at the intersection of I-4 and route 417, police said. The crash site is less than a mile from where he shot Martin.

It's the first known sighting of Zimmerman since he left the courtroom following his acquittal last week on murder charges for the death of Martin. Zimmerman, 29, shot and killed Martin, 17, in Sanford, Fla., on Feb. 26, 2012. The jury determined that Zimmerman shot Martin in self-defense.

3) His gf said that Trayvon probably started it.

Circimstantial evidence, yes. Does it prove beyond all doubt? No. But definitely not Zero evidence.

1) Martin didn't have "bruised knuckles", he had to small abrasions on his fingers.

2) There was an eye witness that saw Zimmerman on top. Jeantel's testimony also has Martin saying "Get off me".

3) Which girlfriend?

Without anything more substantial? There is nothing conclusive about who started the physical altercation. What is known is that Zimmerman followed Martin in his truck, left his truck with a loaded gun and chased a kid.

Whatever circumstantial evidence there is does not support an elimination of the possibility that Zimmerman started the altercation.

It is not required that the person accused "eliminate" the possibility. Welcome to America.

What WAS required was for the persecutors to eliminate that possibility BEYOND a REASONABLE DOUBT. They failed. Miserably.

And, uhm, since the only non bullet "injury" to TM was on hsi fucking knuckle, and since GZ had injuries to his nose, face and the back of his head, there is PLENTY of evidence that it was TM who was pummeling GZ and not ANY other way around.
