Doesn't matter. Someone can be infected with HIV it wont immediately test positive for the virus this creating a window where infected blood could be banked or stored awaiting test results and could accidentally be released

I agree--I would not want any blood from a Gay--or a person who has used intravenous drugs--such as an addict hooked on heroin that (who knows if they shared a needle or not?)
