Occasionally we have calendar events, which occur on the same day, that when put together they seem to carry special meaning.

Two such events will coincide in February of 2011.

This next year, both Groundhog Day and the State of the Union address occur on the same day.

As Air America Radio pointed out, "It is an ironic juxtaposition of events - one involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to a creature of little intelligence for prognostication, while the other involves a groundhog."

Why is it viral? I have a former coworker that forwards maybe 10 extreme right wing emails to me a day.
I did not talk politics at work and he apparently thought since I was smart and successful and well liked that I had to be a right winger I suppose.
The forwarding list is endless.

Be a tool keep reading and believing them.

I like the guy and do not have the heart ot tell him he would consider me a flaming liberal.

but i would reply back(reply all actually) with a link to why it was a hoax


for some reason i dont get those emails anymore, i hope its because all my friends actually started looking for proof they were true before fwd them out now, but sadly i bet they just stopped sendin them to ME
