It would solve the UK revenue problem, be a boon to French business, saving them billions in taxation, and France will finally lose to the Brits. As socialist nations start to crumble, other nations will see the error and be more business friendly. I wouldn't count on obamamerica being one of those.

The top tax rate was 63% in the 30s, went up to 90% from the 40s thru the mid 60s and was still in the 70 percentile until the 80s. There was "nowhere else to go" all that time?
