Fox News makes Obama Cry

Poor baby Obama, Fox News reports on him and he turns into a wussy little crybaby.

They, keep picking on me, so I just wont talk to them...boo hoo...:(

The Democrats run to powder and diaper his little bottom and kiss him on the head, how sweet...

Fox presents both the positive and the negative and his narcissism only lets Obama bask in the positive.

He's like a lizard on a rock . . . .he can only bask in the sun. Damn those clouds!

what? Seriously, what? Fox presents the positive about Obama...when?

And fox sounds like little bitches complaining they dont have access to the white house like they did with Bush.

Comments?

Yes Dear, So I guess you want to change the subject from Obama to Fox News?

Why shouldn't Fox have access to the President or his Administration officials, they are after all, the top banana? I don't think their bitching, I think their laughing as you should be, all the way to the bank.

Poor little Obama can't take the heat, crumbles and cries under the pressure.

Why did Bush shut out msncb from the white house and where was the outrage then? Was Bush a winey little bitch?

One thing I appreciate and don't appreciate about women is their ability to remember things from the past that I can't agree with or disagree with, well enough about me.

Lets say, what you said it true and msncb (?) got shut out, why that's horrible sinful and someone should be boiled in oil, at least water boarded. I don't recall an outrage so must not have been a big deal, (msnbc being a pip squeak and all).

Bush the whiny little bitch...I doubt it but if you remember it that way, enjoy...:eusa_angel:

George Bush never banned a Media Outlet in the Press Pool from interviewing White House officials. Hopey Changey's latest move really was ridiculous and petty. It was also unprecedented. Mr. Obama, have you no shame sir?? :(

As a staunch JFK Liberal, I can assure you the Democratic Party today is to the right of Jack Kennedy... and as a Goldwater libertarian, I can also assure you that today the GOP has become the party of authoritarians, extremists and pea brain followers...
If you're a Goldwater libertarian, I'm Lysander Spooner.

You're more along the lines of a delusional Timothy Leary acid head.

Well, that's exactly what I am, it just shows LITTLE you understand freedom and HOW FAR to the right you right wing fascists really ARE...

I really have to laugh at the blind Statism of you right wing pea brains...America was first to the moon in the 1960's...NOW we are #1 in killing and incarcerating human being...we have the largest military death machine in history, an overbearing and increasingly invasive big brother police force, huge prison systems to punish non-violent offenders and State sanctioned executions that's bankrupting States, counties and towns throughout the country. You pea brains cheer on a huge invasive surveillance program like the "patriot" act.

You morons cry "socialism" and "big brother" ONLY when government attempts to help We, the People...But the State can do no wrong when it kills, arrests and incarcerates...

Just so you cowards can FEEL safe...

Those who want the Government to regulate matters of the mind and spirit are like men who are so afraid of being murdered that they commit suicide to avoid assassination.
President Harry S. Truman

Whatever.

You've never ever posted anything I've seen that even remotely would lead anyone to believe that you're anything other than the far left screeching crackpot that you are.

In fact, it'd go as far to say that you wouldn't know a Goldwater libertarian principle, without declaring it to be "pea brained", if it ran you over.

Maybe if you would READ what I post and knew MORE about Barry Goldwater, you wouldn't be so obtuse...

The Hijacked GOP... ( Book written by Victor Gold - As a man who served as press aide to Barry Goldwater and speechwriter and senior adviser to and was coauthor of George H. W. Bush's autobiography, Victor Gold is absolutely furious that the Neo-Cons and their strange bedfellows, the Evangelical Right, have stolen his party from him. Now he is out to bring the fight to them.

"Mark my word, if and when these preachers get control of the Republican party, and they're sure trying to do so, it's going to be a terrible damn problem. Frankly, these people frighten me. Politics and governing demand compromise. But these Christians believe they are acting in the name of God, so they can't and won't compromise. I know, I've tried to deal with them."
Barry Goldwater (R) – Late Senator & Father of the Conservative movement

Triumph of the authoritarians
- written by one of Barry Goldwater's closest friends

Equality, rightly understood as our founding fathers understood it, leads to liberty and to the emancipation of creative differences; wrongly understood, as it has been so tragically in our time, it leads first to conformity and then to despotism.
Barry Goldwater (R) – Late Senator & Father of the Conservative movement

Mr Conservative - Address on Behalf of Sen. Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, 1964

"The big thing is to make this country, along with every other country in the world with a few exceptions, quit discriminating against people just because they're gay. You don't have to agree with it, but they have a constitutional right to be gay."
Barry Goldwater (R) – Late Senator & Father of the Conservative movement

So did the NYT and NBC do as much public whining as FOX when the last administration was publicly bashing them?

When you can recognize the difference between a sparring match between one or two specific media outlets and the WH as opposed to a sustained and targetted attack on one particular media outlet, let me know. At that stage, you will be able to understand what is going on. Until then, search for clues.

When you can stop splitting hairs, let me know.

No other Administration has behaved in this ridiculous manner to any media outlet. That's a fact. This is the WH's mess - all Fox are doing is making the most of the golden opportunity handed to them by a bunch of fucking amatuers in the WH.

And again I ask, why didn't the suppposedly-Liberal NYT and NBC not carry on like FOX about how they were getting publicly bashed? They're both for-profit entities, after all. You'd think the publicity of an administration talking about how traitorous they are would have also been a golden opportunity for them.

It isn't splitting hairs. However much you regurgitate crap does not make that crap true. Bush did fall out with the NYT and NBC.... and they publically threw dirt at each other. What Bush did not do was to make public pronouncements about either, he did not continually refuse interviews etc with either. He DID on occasion punish both with short refusals - that is not the same thing that the Obama idiots are doing.

No, he didn't. He refused certain journalists - and not on an ongoing basis. Nor did he make the kind of public statements that Obama's borgs have about Fox. No POTUS, and certainly no WH comms team has been as completely fucking stupid as Anita, Rahm et al. These guys honestly think they should control the media. If you do not see that as a HUGE problem, then you are an ass.

You seem to making the argument that the two things are so different in degree as to be different in kind. I don't agree and I still like that FNC has gotten called out for their crap. Not that I'm not at all concerned about the possible downside that's been discussed, mind you.

These guys honestly think they should control the media. If you do not see that as a HUGE problem, then you are an ass.

I'll bet a lot of leaders of Western democracies would love to get a handle on those pesky media outlets. The press is still overall not as friendly as guys at the top would like them to be. Nevertheless, calling out FOX publicly for being a shill network for the opposition isn't really the same thing as trying to control the media in general.

As an aside...

Just today I read two articles by liberal columnists tsk-tsking the WH for their public stances on FOX:

Why the White House Shouldn't Play Chicken With Fox -- Politics Daily

Obama outs Fox, but reveals a big flaw -- chicagotribune.com

I'm not entirely in agreement with them, but they make far better arguments for why this is a mistake by the WH than the ODS teabagger paranoia being displayed here.

You seem to be attached to my man ly ness...and FOX... Not that there is anything wrong with that life style or anyting.

The White House is taking a beating due to its weak and snide battle with a news network.

And all the while, Fox's ratings continue to dominate...

Oh God. You really are a drain on the intellect, Erik. I am tired of explaining, in detail, for idiots the ins and outs of how this shit works and why it is important to have differing media.

Of course, the fucking liberal media are going to back Fox. They are not completely stupid - despite evidence to the contrary. They know - as should anyone with even average intellect - that this Administration will last 4 years - maybe 8, but eventually there will be a new team in the Administration. If they sit by and watch Fox get frozen out, what is to stop it happening to them in the future?

If only people would learn how to think instead of what to think, "we, the people" would stop allowing our politicians to get away with stealing our country from out from under us.

All i'm seeing from the Hopey Changeys on this issue is them continuing to express their old & tired BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome). So i guess i'll just have to repeat...George Bush as well as no other President in History has ever banned a Media Outlet from the Press Pool from interviewing White House officials. Hopey Changey's latest move really was Bull Chit. It was also unprecedented.
