Providing information that leads to an arrest and conviction gets them a green card, if they lied then they will be immediately deported with the understanding that incarceration would be the penalty for coming back into the country illegally

Medical use is effective. Cannabis is used to get people off harder drugs. Some strains and CBD are not addictive as they have very little THC. People cannot overdose on them either.
