Florida Student Knocks Out, Pounds Unconscious Teacher Into Floor Over Nintendo Switch

You hate teachers, so the teacher taking a toy away deserves to get beaten within an inch of her life.
You think this because you hate teachers. We know.
Does your church endorse this view? Teachers deserve to get beaten within an inch of their lives for taking a toy away?

That's bullshit.

I have no hate for teachers.

I do hate bullies and criminals. And that is what this “teacher” is, as proven by her violent act of robbery.

OK, so the kid is also probably a piece of shit, but that is no excuse for the robber's behavior.

Perhaps she didn't fully deserve all that happened to her, but it would not have happened if she had just kept her filthy thieving hands off of stuff that didn't belong to her.

I simply do not have it in me to generate any sympathy for a violent criminal who gets the shit beaten out of her by her intended victim, even if it is out of proportion to the crime.

retard alert, a teacher and teacher's aide have the authority to remove items from students that are disrupting class.

So let's extrapolate that out, shall we?

According to Mormon Bob's Rules, all kids should be able to have whatever property they want on them in class--toys, electronic devices, handheld video games, etc.

Teachers will ask nicely to have kids put them away and be ignored. Teachers cannot take any property away.

In Mormon Bob's world, if student brings a knife or gun to school, should teacher have the living hell ALSO beaten out of her for taking it away?

How about, say, if a student brings in a graphic pornographic novel, which he insists on showing to the other children around him?

You are giving your own hatred away here, Bob. It's making you sadly irrational.

PS I refer to you as "Mormon Bob" here because I want to know if your church would take a similar stance, or if you are just flying solo here. "Teacher takes handheld game away, kid beats her within inch of her life, Mormon Church says hey, that's fine. She took his stuff."

Yes, Bob?

Nothing to do with my religion, other than the basic commandment, one of the Big Ten, “Thou shalt not steal.”

You're openly taking the side of a thieving criminal who stole this young man's rightful property, by force. Not just my religion, but all of Christianity and Judaism, is supposed to adhere to this commandment.

Okay.

So if a fourth grader comes in with a knife or a graphic pornographic novel, it can't be stolen by the teacher.

You realize you have beclowned yourself just on the basis of how much you hate teachers.

Sad day for you.

To add to this: you realize you are abusing the Ten Commandments in the same way dunderhead atheists do, right? So now "thou shalt not steal" goes down to schoolteachers taking play devices away from kids. You realize by those standards, Rahab was a liar right? And Israelites were thieves of Canaanite nations?

Really Bob. Bad day for you.

No matter how you try to spin it, it still comes down to you openly taking the side of a violent thief, defending the act of robbery by force.

And you're condemning me for opposing robbery and theft.

So the young man could be dribbling a baseball in class or playing a boom box or jerking off and the teacher can't interfere?

did a teacher take away your Gameboy as a kid and traumatize you for life or something?

Teachers have a right to confiscate disruptive materials. There are rules.

Are you under the impression that repeating that nonsense will make it sound any less absurd?

I asked about a graphic pornographic novel. Does Bob Blaylock want to address that or would that be cool too?

Sad to see him devolve to Leftist games, playing "you defend this (action that I don't defend)" etc. Nasty internet games. Dishonest.

A bunch of irrelevant strawman arguments.

Certainly, any teacher has a right and a duty to have any person removed from the classroom that is disrupting the class.

There is not any inherent right on anyone's part to be in a such a place, and to behave in a disruptive manner.

The rights of an individual to not be forcibly robbed of his rightful property has nothing to do with this. Stealing, especially by force, is completely different than having a disruptive trespasser removed. The latter is fully justifiable, under these circumstances; the former absolutely is not.

And in the end, you are still defending a violent criminal act, the forcible theft of someone's rightful property.

No matter what bullshit excuses you try to make, no matter what absurd strawmen you try to build, the fact remains that stealing is wrong.

And no matter how much of a disruptive piece of shit this young man otherwise might have been, he had every right to defend himself and his property against a robber.

And in this case, not only was the robber wrong, but just plain stupid, picking a fight with someone who was bigger and stronger and quite capable of giving her a well-deserved ass-kicking. Hopefully, she'll think twice before she tries to pull that shit again on someone else, but probably not, given how the system is making her out to be the “victim”.

By defending and encouraging this abusive criminal behavior, we're making it more likely that it will happen again and again.

And how is it “leftist” for me to be opposed to stealing? Leftists generally support stealing, as well as other criminal behavior.

If anyone is behaving “leftist”, here, it is those of you who are openly taking the side of a robber, against the side of the one that she tried to rob.

It's noteworthy, as well, that in general, it is leftists who oppose the right of human beings to defend themselves against criminals, as you are all doing here.

Everyone in this thread has laughed at your absurdity.

But do go on.

How you can even continue to engage hum is beyond me. He actually characterized the diminutive teacher as a “violent robber” and has nary a word of criticism for the 6’7, 250 lb would-be murderer. (He likely would have killed her if he continued to batter her unconscious body much longer.)

At the core of everything to do with this incident, it is undeniably that fact that this teacher used force to deprive another person of his rightful property.

There is no spin that you can put on this to honestly characterize it as anything but a robbery. It is not an opinion, but a hard fact, that this teacher's behavior makes her a robber.

The young man's response to being robbed may have been excessive, but I just cannot bring myself to condemn a robbery victim for fighting back.

It wasn't robbery.
