Bill Maher didn't seem like he's too keen on 2020 candidate and former Housing Secretary under Barack Obama, Julián Castro. But Castro seemed unfazed by the host's tough questions.

Maher challenged the effectiveness of Castro's immigration policy, saying it was like if former President Barack Obama had first come out by campaigning on reparations or affirmative action.

This is worthy of debate now given the recent Supreme Court decision on affirmative action

Obama promised to address immigration in one of the first moves of his administration. He didn't do squat. Pissed many Hispanics off. Nothing wrong with someone arguing to actually do what Obama promised but never did to attract those who voted for Obama over this (failed) promise.
