That sounds to me like a recipe for a much bigger migration of jobs and workers from the current blue wall. But as everyone in the Red edge has witnessed Ds are a major cause of taxes and unemployment. Will such migrations cause a migration of taxes and regulation? and how long will there be economic thrashing from one problem area to the other if it does happen?
