Why not?

These idiotic federal judges have ordered just about everything else. They have taken the powers of Congress and ordered cities to raise their taxes. They have now annexed Executive branch sole authority to conduct diplomacy, and might order the President to raise refugee intake.


What is next? Ordering Trump to change his budget cut proposals? Ordering Congress to revise its CBO report? Ordering the President to no longer main Hanzo in Overwatch?

Why can a federal judge not ban the GOP?

Where is the limit to their power?

As things stand right now, with no Constitutional limits, federal judges could ban the GOP entirely.

Why cant a federal judge rule that an election was illegit and give the election over to the other party, just because he says so?

What is the argument that they cannot?
