He changed the Clinton Investigation final report language to make sure Hillary was not charged with 'Criminal Negligence'

He was a member of the Interview team that led to Flynn with being charged with 'Lying to the FBI'.

When Democrats lie (e.g., Clinton) to the FBI it doesn't count, because it's unintentional and stuff. It's especially okay if they lie on issues for which they've been accused.

When Republicans lie (e.g. Flynn) to the FBI it's because Trump is corrupt. It's especially okay if they lie on issues for which they had no reason to be dishonest (e.g., still Flynn), and even better if they lied on issues for which they haven't been accused (e.g., Russian "collusion").

That and a corrupt justice dept. and FBI are A-OK, so long as they're corrupt on the side of Democrats.
