Favorite Hypocritical Moments...in Politics

Holy cow, your favorites just happen to not include any hypocritical moments from the Right.

I can't believe it.

Sheesh, doesn't seem that difficult to believe....you got any?

It's right above the post I've quoted.

I noticed it was the only one that didn't get a thank you.

Well, you've been pissing me off lately...

..and it wasn't that good honestly...

Sorry.. well kinda, that I hurt your feelings...:wink_2:

I figured you'd feel that way, you're one of the intended targets.

Far too many Americans have serious issues with looking in the mirror when trying to fix a problem. They'd rather play the victim of the mean old Government.

i think you'll find bush had the most vacation days of any president.

and when asked what his best day as president was, he talked about going fishing.

A president is expected to step up in times of hardship or does that only apply to natural disasters and hurricanes named Katrina?

I could give you an effort + rep if you'd like..but could you at least try to be funny...:dunno:

I don't feel civic dereliction is a humorous topic.

When Bill Clinton commented on Anthony Weiner and Crotchgate..

not hypocritical but funny

"In my day, we'd show it to 'em in person."

1) When Democrat owned Unions pushed for Obamacare...then received waivers from it.

2) When Obama bitched about Corporate Fat Cats... then suck-holes them for campaign
donations.

Most of the money for Democrats that come from corporations is "bundled". Meaning that people that work there, like secretaries, janitors, the guy in the mail room and so on hold fundraisers, then bundle the contributions and then give it to their candidate as "coming from that corporation". It's way different than millions from one billionaire like the Koch brothers or billionaire Simon with his nuclear dump.

Good title though - Favorite Hypocritical Moments...in Politics

Let me name a few:

Republicans pretending to care about the middle class

Republicans pretending to care about jobs

Republicans pretending to care about the poor.

The Republican Apology to BP.

Republicans blocking any investigation into BP and the Gulf Oil Spill.

Republicans caring about small business.

Republicans caring about the elderly.

Republicans caring about education.

Republicans wanting to invest in this country.

Republicans supporting women's rights.

Republicans supporting civil rights (especially laughable with all the suppression).

All of these are laughable. Every honest Republican will admit it's about helping corporations and supporting super rich people.

Republicans complain about unemployment.....then fire teachers, union workers, policemen, public sector workers

I guess your right.. Democrats don't complain about unemployment ..... but they do fire public sector workers and such.
