There is no absolute right to freely say what you wish... where ever you wish... when ever you wish...it just does not exist.

Well it is, and it isn't. You do choose whether or not you want to use Google and Facebook. However, both do know where you live and even have photographs showing others your exact location. No matter what, you can't get around that. They also monitor what you're saying or searching. The also save your personal information indefinitely. And both have signed agreements with the NSA.

So while they claim commercial use only, it's not really the truth. They actually work very closely with the NSA. They get around such awful invasion of privacy by telling everyone they're private businesses and therefore should be fully trusted when invading your privacy. But it's pretty hard to fathom why anyone would still trust either one at this point. They most definitely don't have Citizens' best interests at heart. I recommend all Americans stop using them.

Google and Facebook get around their awful invasions of privacy by claiming to be private businesses who should be fully trusted with all your private personal information. But in reality, they're connected with Government. They're the same entity now.

Even those who don't use Google, are subject to its invasion of privacy. It has your exact location recorded and photographed for anyone to access. Those who don't use Google should be legally able to opt out. But that's not the case currently. These Corporations do not have Citizens' best interests at heart. Hopefully, more people will wake up to that reality.

That's a good point. They tore up their "just a private business" card along with Google when they formed an information sharing agreement with the US government.
