Senator Rubio could propose expanding the equal amount Additional Child credit a few days after the Alabama Special election. Conveniently, "Tax Reform" creates the Refundable cuts, and takes them away in the very same legislation.
The Party of Lincoln remains that entirely stupid--and clearly insincere--even now.
