Looking at the TV coverage of brainwashed college students screaming that they stand with HAMAS and to “Kill the Jews!,” along with the virulent antisemitism posted throughout the forum, one would think that Americans side against Israel.

A Harris poll shows the opposite, including that:

1) 84% side with Israel
2) 75% believe the targeted attacks on Jews was genocide
3) 70% think Iran is behind the attacks
4) 85% say HAMAS struck with the intention to provoke war
5) The majority think this is indicative of widespread antisemitism

Most of us with conventional views believe that Israel was entitled to make a "disproportionate" response to the original atrocities, but I believe many are concluding that today's continuing activities are possibly excessive.

Those who think that the Hamas action was a response to an intolerable living situation in Gaza fail to realize that there is no rationale that leads to this attack improving those living conditions.

The irrational response of the Left is USEFUL in one way; it illustrates how blindly the Left takes the Oppressor/Oppressed view of EVERYTHING, even when it makes no fucking sense.

These young people will one day rule the nation. There is an ever committed enemy of the West who wants to destroy Western Values and influence. Furthermore, Israels strength with the West has been values and also the spiritual/religious connection. How many under 30 haven't even seen a bible let alone read it? Same as shooting bank robbers, acting as a deterrent against robbing banks.
Hamas had no choice.
Israel already has stolen 85% of Palestine and blockaded the remaining 15%.
