Why are you skirting the issue of islam being behind it all, and not some tiny separatist cult. It is main stream islam that follows the koran that commands that girls be stoned to death for bringing dishonour on their families. More like 2.1 billion muslims if you do your maths, have you missed the news lately with all the wars being fought against muslims. Could be that I dont live in a village for starters, and the muslims know better than to start any trouble they cant finish. Some areas are no go areas for muslims as the locals wont buy from their shops, and they soon get the message when they go broke after just 6 months. But if they did stage raids then they would be picked of very easily as they climb the hill.
