Its fun to make them suffer for their disrespectful actions. Threads about these incidents piss people off, which costs the NFL and the players money. The more people hear about it, the worse it gets for the NFL, so lets keep em rolling in!

Discrimination. Yes, I believe it should be addressed, and the players have the liberty to "kneel" or ignore the national anthem; the owners have the liberty to not renew contracts, and depending on the substance of the contracts, impose penalties. There are more productive ways to address the problem.
