What a stupid article. Someone attempting to blow up an airplane full of civilians is a terrorist. In the other case it isn't as clear cut. Do these morons really hate Americans as much as their rantings indicate?Would you be so kind as to link to Obama calling this an isolated incident.
Thank you very much.
isolated modified the wrong word, but Obama did say it:
No One Yet Has Said He's A Nutcake. But What Does "Isolated Extremist" Really Mean? | The New Republic
Back on topic. This is what Obama said:
The guy was isolated in the sense that he was on board the plane without other terrorists to help him. Finally, the American people should remain vigilant, but also be confident. Those plotting against us seek not only to undermine our security, but also the open society and the values that we cherish as Americans. This incident, like several that have preceded it, demonstrates that an alert and courageous citizenry are far more resilient than an isolated extremist.
I can only conclude, once again, that the vast majority of Republicans hate Democrats, Obama, etc. so much that they will say anything to make it look like the terrorists are winning their campaign to terrorize us.
and I can only conclude that you have nothing left but straw men to throw about.
