Watched a documentary about the zero tolerance of drunkeness in Phoenix, wow you guys are plonkies aren't you?It reckons the whole of the USA is a festering pool of potential killer alkies.Having said that, the harsh sentences imposed should (in my opinion) be mandatory across the World.

The attitude towards alcohol in America never ceases to disappoint me. When they say let's go for a drink, they mean a drink. Not three, not four, but one. Two if you're very lucky. Over here we drink until we're stupid enough to place bets on can provoke the door staff into violently ejecting them from the establishment the quickest.
