:crybaby::cow: Oh well, so much for Donald and Alan "Pigman" Grayson taking the case to the Supreme Court. So what happens now? We have a "President Ted Cruz" and hopefully still have eight judges? Gonna be a little too late to sue President Cruz for his birther debacle when he is already President and also nominates Mike Lee as the next Supreme Court Justice ! :iagree::thewave:

Don't worry.

Under Democratic rules, Scalia can still vote.

wait,,,,its legal for dead people to vote, right? so why are the libs complaining about not replacing Scalia right away?

from what i understand they only need 6 judges to be present for a vote to be held.

Could a President temporarily eliminate the Supreme Court by intentionally not filling the positions?

Or is there a safeguard for this?
