Trump's timing can be questioned but his message is on-point. Puerto Rico is plagued by the mismanagement of local government and in debt to the tune of $75 billion dollars:

There was NO refusal of Trump Driver to deliver supplies. It never happened. And if one or two didn't it was because their family was in danger or something similar.

Regardless of statistics, the people outside of the big cities don't have food, water, medicine or power. They are getting sick. They are dying. That's the reality. And as power and cell service is restored, we are going to know exactly what went on and what is going on. I don't have a good feeling.
