The domestic "baby boomers" are "aging through" the US workforce age-brackets. By 2020, even the elderly domestic workforce will have peaked, and begun to decrease. After 2020, domestic labor may become scarce:

It's not 2020 yet, and the aging workforce has nothing to do with the plunging employment population ratio. If it were, we'd be seeing falling ages among the employed but--

--in real life the opposite is true. While it's true that American demographics show an aging workforce, it's stupid to accept it as a ruse to get suckered into thinking that the private sector labor market's "just fine".
