Hillarious! the DOJ says its their responsibility? then why do they do nothing? and why do they blame Texas for "ruining foreign relations" and not the government of Mexico?
While I do understand on Mexico's part, the drug cartels are almost as powerful as their own government, they are probably under pressure by the Cartels through either bribes or threats of violence to help facilitate th einflux of illegals into the U.S.

Biden, is helpless and cant even understand any of that..
