Does the US Constitution apply to non-citizens?

If there is no rightto life then why is it a crime?
The founders clearly stated in many places that rights are granted at birth to all people. The same rights that we, as citizens enjoy, apply to all persons within the United states until or unless there is a crime committed. In committing a crime you yourself forfeit your rights because you have abused them in the commission of the crime. Illegal aliens are criminals because the broke the law to enter the USA illegally. Legal aliens have the right to free speech - freedom of religion - to keep and bear arms - freedom from unlawful search and seizure - protection from self incrimination and a host of others that we all enjoy.
As for dying as a reason to say that we don't have a right to life you have to remember that death is the natural outcome of living. We accept that life is a terminal disease but we have a right to live it within the confines of not excluding or infringeing on the rights of others. If you kill someone you infringe on their right to life and thus forfeit your own rights.
