The outline of the bill is already there. Some, but less than 5.7 bil, for some "fencing," hardening the ports of entry and hiring more judges to speed deporations. Trump's DACA offer was never an offer because it offered nothing the dems didn't already have. But the dems are just not going to pass a bill on a promise by Trump to open the gummit. Trump's word isn't even good with McConnell anymore. It's gonna be a two step dance, and Trump's gonna do the two step or the dems aren't going to pass anything.

What's going on now is who, if anyone, is going to push Trump to taking any real deal.
