Overpopulation is quite familiar to the USA...
Is human overpopulation responsible for many of humanity's problems? If so, how can we remedy this? Is population control the solution? Which for of population control is best, most humane, most economical, most effective, e.g., condoms, birth control, abortions, abstinence, one-child policies, eugenics, genocide? Please explain why you believe what you believe.

Guarantee access to preventative measures and and a proper education, and practicality will be enough to convince most folks.

In my opinion, the population size is not the problem. The problem is rundown infrastructure, lack of affordable health care and higher education, ridiculous illegal immigration, the lack of an adequate number of self-supporting living wage jobs, the creation of a poor and dependent society, and poor stewardship of the environment. We have leadership issues, a corrupt self-serving government, and improper use of resources.

Of course it does...

Read the Book: The Population Bomb, which is by far and away the best study on the issue.

First, comes a collective madness wherein the weakest members of the collective are struck by a sense of entitlement to the property of others. Theft spikes...

Second, Homosexuality is manifested in large numbers with open homosexual behavior being observed...

Third, The collective suddenly breaks out into a violent free-for-all, wherein cannibalism is engaged, with the thieves being eaten first, then the homosexuals.

Fourth, as volume of the population is reduced back down to the original sustainable levels of the experiments, the carnage stops. And life goes on... socialist and homosexual free.

Based upon what?

And please be specific; at least as specific as your intellectual limitations allow.

Based on what I know, what I read, what I hear, and news headlines. I've been keeping up with news events for many years now. Everything that I've mentioned has been in the news at one time or another. I stated that it was my opinion, and I stand by that opinion.

What is the proper whey to serve ghey meat loaf?

It does cause problems but not problems which justify killing (or not saving/preventing the saving of) people.
It should be tackled through technological advance and making way for the voluntary birthrate decreases already happening in developed countries (stopping paying people for childbirth, etc).

WE ARE ADDING.....77 MILLION..... ENERGY-CONSUMING PEOPLE TO THE PLANET EVERY YEAR!

The global rate of human population growth peaked around 1963, but the number of people living on Earth—and sharing finite resources like water and food—has grown by more than two-thirds since then. Human population is expected to exceed nine billion by 2050. Environmentalists don’t dispute that many if not all of the environmental problems—from climate change to species loss to overzealous resource extraction—are either caused or exacerbated by population growth.

“Trends such as the loss of half of the planet’s forests, the depletion of most of its major fisheries, and the alteration of its atmosphere and climate are closely related to the fact that human population expanded from mere millions in prehistoric times to Billions now.
