Any answer about the dictators?

Various US administrations have had good realtions and/or supported various sorts of governments in various sorts of countries. the US is fairly unique, however, in having actually - on occasion - actively promoted democratic changes in various countries.

I tend to agree he shouldn't have been charged, just held until the conflict in Afghanistan is over.
