Do all Progressive Leaders Hate the "Toothless Poor"?

Apparently contrary to his public persona of hating the rich and loving the poor, France's Socialist leader Francois Hollande is actually disdainful of the less fortunate calling them the "Toothless Poor"

We know that Progressive Party Leader always act the same: they promise to make things better but ALWAYS make things worse while ALWAYS living large themselves.

Look at Liz Warren, she publicly speaks like Hollande, but she is actually so disdainful of American Indians that she used their minority status to vault herself from obscurity and loneliness to the likely Dem Candidate in 2016

Is Hollande's disdain for the poor something ALL Progressive Leaders feel and he was unfortunate enough to have it go public as a result of a bad romance?

Progressive leaders view the "poor" as tools, useful idiots, social prostitutes who can be bought for a price (and they often sell themselves cheaply, too).
