DNA question

RE: DNA question
⁜→ Dan Stubbs, et al,

I'm confused as to the question?

Anyone have the DNA maternal DNA of H2A3 they say this is a rare marker of 1 out of 1200. Just seeing how many have it.
(IMPRESSION)

Are you taking a poll (how many in our small group have it)? - OR - Are you taking a sample to determine the probability (how many in a greater population may have it)?

(COMMENT)

I was under the impression that the mtDNA Haplogroup H2a3 Study was not yet conclusive, lacking data do to insufficient sample size (confidence interval issues along maternal lines.)... I could be wrong as to the implications.

Maybe Table 1 found on the Biomed Results will be helpful in showing you the distribution of Hg H2A3 in comparison of other variations.

Just my thought,
Most Respectfully,
R
