Excuse the pun.
When did hospital nurses killing babies become a joke? Ok, an animated talking poptart isn't a real baby, but the nurse was a human-like thing and showing the new parents watching aghast as she (it's inferred) eats their baby is really messed up. Yes, it's a cartoon, and intended to be humours, and it would be IF something like a nurse murdering a baby she was responsible for hadn't ever actually happened.
Texas nurse suspected of killing up to 46 kids to be freed from jail
"A “mandatory release” law in Texas is setting free a nurse who was convicted in 1984 of killing a baby and suspected of murdering dozens more, even though her 99-year sentence is far from finished.
The law requires those with good behavior to be freed after serving a certain percentage of their sentences, ABC reported.
The nurse, Genene Anne Jones, is now 63 years old. She was found guilty of killing 15-month-old Chelsea McClellan, a patient at the pediatric clinic where she worked, on May 14, 1984. The mother described how she watched the death of her baby, in an ABC News report."
Those of us with good recall remember messed up stuff like this and get triggered by insensitive commercials making a joke out of murder.
