I am Arizona State Militia as authorized in the state constitution.

I will say slavery isnt a part of AZ history, although officially a confederate territory durng the civil war, most white folks left or gathered in Tucson because of the "indians" who viewed us soldiars called back east for the war, a sure sign of victory.
All of the actual activations I have taken part in through the years has been as adjunct to the Sherriff, and traffic control and search and rescue/recovery were the duties.

Remove the crimes progressive slaves in the inner cities (where gun control is the order of the day) and you find that we aren't such a violent gun culture after all.
