How's it work under Trump? Same as under W and Obama? If an illegal shows up with a broken arm, the hospital will ask if they want to make a down payment and regardless will set the arm. MAYBE if immigration has an office in the town the hospital will bother calling and seeing if they can get the illegal hauled off AFTER treatment is given.
