It is kind of funny how Democrats are so desperate to get Biden in the WH that they are trying the old 'Presumptive Close' to get people to just assuming that Biden is in fact the President-Elect, but that is a lie, and anyone that follows the subject knows it.

Biden is only PROJECTED to be the President-Elect, but that is only based on a static analysis that ignores Trump's advantages in the Federal courts and the state legislatures. This is not going to go like stolen elections of the past and Trump, I think, will win the states that do hand recounts.

Congress certifies the President-Elect after it receives slates of EC delegates, and Biden is not President-Elect till then.

So is Biden a certainty to become the President-Elect?

No, not at all, in fact, it is such a NONcertainty that betting houses are not settling bets on the election yet until it is official.
